From the Airport

Take the main airport roadway (one-way) out of the airport and follow signs for “Sumner Tunnel, Boston/Route 93 North.” Go through the tunnel staying in left lane onto Route 93 North. (Follow directions From the SOUTH) 55 Cambridge Parkway is approximately three and a half miles from the airport.

From the West via the Massachusetts Turnpike
(I-90 Toll Road)

While Eastbound, take left to exit 18 following signs to Allston/Cambridge; stay in right lane following signs to Cambridge/Somerville; cross over Charles River on River Street Bridge (Cambridge Street) and take a right at traffic light onto Memorial Drive (Route #3); and follow Memorial Drive East (Route #3 South) using the “cars only” option twice, then stay in extreme right lane along the river as Memorial Drive will become Edwin Land Boulevard. 55 Cambridge Parkway is on the right adjacent to the Royal Sonesta Hotel.

From the West via Storrow Drive

Proceed East on Storrow Drive to Leveritt Circle. Remain in the left or middle lane to proceed left onto Route 28 North/Msgr O'Brien Highway. Pass the Museum of Science on your left. Proceed to second traffic light and take a left onto Edwin Land Boulevard. 55 Cambridge Parkway is on the left adjacent to the Royal Sonesta Hotel.

From the South (Route 93N)

Take 93 North to the Liberty Tunnel (move to the right lane after Exit 23) take Exit 26, “Storrow Drive.” Stay to the right moving onto Storrow Drive. Take immediate left exit “Government Center/Kendall Square” and take right at top of ramp onto Longfellow Bridge. Proceed to traffic signal and take a right onto Third Street. Proceed to traffic signal and take a right onto Binney Street and proceed to end. At traffic signal, take left onto Edwin Land Boulevard. 55 Cambridge Parkway is located adjacent to the Royal Sonesta Hotel.

From the North (Route 93S)

Take 93 South to Exit 26 (not accessible from carpool lane), “Storrow Drive/Cambridge/Route 28N/Route 3N.” Stay to the right, moving to the middle lane, following signs for “Route 28 North/Cambridge/North Station.” At the traffic signal, take a left onto Nashua Street. Take the first right onto Route 28 North/Msgr O’Brien Highway. Pass the Museum of Science on your left. Proceed to second traffic light and take a left onto Edwin Land Boulevard. 55 Cambridge Parkway is located adjacent to the Royal Sonesta Hotel.

From the North (Route 1S – Toll Road)

Take Route 1 South over the Tobin Bridge. Once through the tollbooth stay in the far left lane following signs for “Boston/93 North/Route 1 South.” Proceed 1/4 mile and take exit marked “Route 28N/Cambridge/North Station.” Stay to the right at the fork, move to the middle lane, and follow signs for “Route 28 North/Cambridge/North Station.” At the traffic signal, take a left onto Nashua Street. Take the first right onto Route 28 North/Msgr O’Brien Highway. Pass the Museum of Science on your left. Proceed to second traffic light and take a left onto Edwin Land Boulevard. 55 Cambridge Parkway is located adjacent to the Royal Sonesta Hotel.

Princeton Directions

From New York

New Jersey Turnpike South to Exit 9; follow signs for Route 1 South/Princeton; continue to Washington Road (see sign for Princeton Business District); take Washington Road to Nassau Street traffic light (Route 27); make left onto Nassau Street; continue three blocks just past Palmer Square; make right onto Chambers Street; 1/2 block down Chambers Street is a parking garage on right.

From Philadelphia

I-95 North to Route 206 North; follow approximately 5 miles to fork in the road (at traffic light) and bear right onto Nassau Street; continue two blocks; make left onto Chambers Street; 1/2 block down Chambers Street is a parking garage on right.

From North Jersey

Route 206 South to Princeton; Nassau Street traffic light make left; continue two blocks; make left onto Chambers Street; 1/2 block down Chambers Street is a parking garage on right.

From South Jersey

New Jersey Turnpike North to Exit 8; bear left onto Route 33 West; follow Route 33 through downtown Hightstown; make right onto Stockton Street at traffic light; follow Stockton Street to Route 130 traffic light; go through traffic light to Princeton-Hightstown Road (Route 571); make left onto Nassau Street; continue three blocks just past Palmer Square; make right onto Chambers Street; 1/2 block down Chambers Street is a parking garage on right.
